i came to the comments to try and find out more about that. like is it supposed to be some weird/scary creature from a horror videogame that i would/should immediately recognize if i weren't old and out of touch or is it their own original creation? because if the latter that's actually kind of cool, like definitely creepy but also creative in a way that borderline could pass as performance art imho. or i think my first thought was that image that's supposed to represent the experience of having a stroke and the meme was like "name one thing in this image" and the longer you look the more somehow every hint of a familiar feature outline or form is like a false start that leads ever more to other false starts and you remain eternally edging on being able to isolate/name/identify one thing. all's i'm saying is, don't look at it on way too much K, i am still scarred five years later
