I always had issues gaining weight my all life, I was about 63kg at 183cm for years and I always thought I ate lot. I started hitting Gym regularly and tried improving my eating patterns, I gained around 5kg in first 6 months and marking today, 1year 6months into the Gym I'm at 81kg. I can say for sure that we're all different and I had a really really hard time putting on some weight, but being consistend paid of immensely and I'm so happy at this point with all the progress

Well if we're talking about appropriate uses. Taking MK at lower body fat levels is ideal rather than higher due to increased hunger. Still not good to take it without years of training, but if he was taking it, then MK is probably the best peptide for his situation.

One thing i actually dont understand at all is, i personally am not going for some huge size, i just wanna get strong and gain a bit of weight. So since i started training, i never really had a restricted diet but i just try to intake my protein. I put on around 8kg (from 62 to 70) and my bench max is 105 kgs. How tf does this guy not at least 1 rep his own weight, ive been going into the gym for less time than him, and my literal first bench max was 62 kg which was my bw at the time

MK677 is a million miles away from steroids. It isn’t a steroid at all, I’d encourage everyone to research these compounds before talking about them. MK is very weak and won’t do alot for you unless you take it for 6 months with optimal training.

For the amount of time he's been training the progress is quite underwhelming. I bulked for a year and ate somewhere around 3000 - 3500 calories per day and went up from 79.5 kg to 100. I doubt he is being honest about the calorie intake

People think sarms/roids are like a magic pill....They are not. One time I took alot of shit, like a gram a week total. I had the thought i could "maingain" did i gain some muscle? Sure i did, but it was a waste of time and effort, maybe 5 pounds of muscle. Its literally all about nutrition! Be in a surplus and slowly push calories up as scale slows. Preferably don't do stupid shit like I did. If you do, you should atleast wait until you are over 30 min, but most importantly get bloodwork regularly. Bloodwork has been the one thing that has actually kept me healthy. If you can't afford bloodwork, then you don't need to be Fk'n around with peds.

You can actually build some muscle withouth really working out if you up your test lvls high enough. You cant build muscle out of thin air though, so he does need a calorie surplus and suffifient protein to build muscle, even with the benefits of steroids

i know im late to commenting on this vid but i don't understand how jacksfit is THIS small and he's been working out just as long as i have, i started at 6'1 and 58kg and over the span of 1 year (when this was posted) i have gained 12kg and doing 3 - 4x my starting weight in exercises, i have not followed any bulk diets, just eating whenever i can and whatever i can and getting full very fast but i genuinely dont understand how someone can be this small after a WHOLE year of training, that's just wild to me

Munk i am 12 turning 13 on the 29th i have never gone to a gym but I work out and went to my school gym today met a guy who said he would train me because he said i was funny he was 14 and he wanted to see my max could not find it so far the bell went off but I could easly do 140 pounds this was on dead lift last time I checked i was 5 foot 8 and 160 pounds but I have gotten a bit taller also did 24 reps on bench press with 25 pounds on each side is that good so far I do not know my max on any thing yet

I am almost 105 kg, working out for a year, deadlift 130kg*10 (my lifelong weak back is the limiting factor), can do 5 (quality) pullups, but I can't bench over 70kg. Bench isn't the only measure of strength.
