Goes to show that being physically well but mentally unwell can be your undoing. He was fit externally but was mentally unhealthy. Unfortunately, the gym cant fix all your problems. Sometimes therapy and/or medication (natural or otherwise) is necessary along with social changes like getting rid of negative people people and surrounding yourself with love and support, joining a loving church community , taking up new hobbies or ones you used to love etc. They taught us in school that health is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well being and not merely the absence to disease or infirmity.

Call me lame but every since 2013 when IG came out and even MySpace for that matter I was never intrigued by the idea of being popular, I knew I had the attributes to tackle life as my own real self, not giving into the pressures of social media or values by likes. Now seeing what 2024 is. I’m so glad I listened to my core self and obtained my own lane. And it’s so beautiful when the reality of life is much lighter than a phone post. Most won’t understand but I’m that guy. Yes many will say it’s a mental health illness,he don’t have social media but it’s a damn shame that the crisis is right infront of us.
