Thanks for answering the questions around budget and operations. As someone who runs his own business, I know how tough it can be to manage costs and seasonal or fluctuating revenue. It’s not easy managing it all as there’s always money going out the door. I think people supporting you guys just want to know their money is going to the right place in the creators of the content. It definitely is fueling the awesome stuff that you guys are putting out. Keep up the great work guys.

This budget conversation from may is interesting, I wonder if the pledge drive in August was always planned? (you have to imagine that this is the furthest away from a big subathon day, so make sense to remind people to sub again without a KF Day or anything) Obviously you see something like that and how hard they are pushing it (helps that they are pushing a great service for fans) I just hope this pledge drive isnt happening cause they are now more worried about money 😅

Maybe you don't need a massive studio with an idiotic smoke machine and massive led screens just to talk about movies and play video games. Maybe you don't have to base your company in one of the top 10 most expensive cities in the country. Maybe trying to highlight the new people you hired who everyone might not be fans of and saying every other week that you look forward to the day you can step away and have the "next gen" run KF, isn't something people who have supported you guys from the beginning wanna keep hearing. I never owned my own business, but i have eyes to see that this and the gaming channel have consistently shown little to no growth for at least a year. And the fact that you guys constantly need to do fundraisers says something is wrong. So for Tim to say they're always trying to give the audience what they want....maybe it's time to take a step back and reassess. Cuz all it feels like you guys did was leave IGN to gradually become them.

Acting like your taste and what you want to see speaks for an entire audience of people. People love the blessing show, Barrett’s video essays, Rogers edits, and there basically isn’t a single piece of content with SnowbikeMike on it that doesn’t have a comment saying he’s the best thing to ever happen to KF. Just because you don’t like new hires and don’t want to see them doesn’t mean that’s how all of the longtime supporters feel. Also have no clue where you’re getting this idea that they talk about retiring every other week. I think it’s pretty obvious what they’re saying when they talk about being confident in the next gen and they clearly have no plans to retire soon. It really just sounds like you wanted greg and colin to sit in a bedroom and talk about playstation amongst themselves for fifty years after leaving IGN and are upset that isn’t what you’re getting. If you don’t like the content move the fuck on. Do you know how many content creators there are on the internet? Find another dude to listen to. You also didn’t have to clarify that you’ve never owned a business, it’s rather obvious.
