@@sabelotoda2 Well, my reasoning for leaving had little to do with the quality of the show diminishing but rather just out of principle. My conscience dosnt allow me to give people like Gregg and Tim views knowing what they did to Colin, or more importantly, what they didn't do. They didn't stand by their friend in a time of need. Obviously it all worked out for Colin in the end and he is doing better now than he was at KF, however it still shows who are really there for you when the chips are down. I can't speak on the other entire KF team, but I know Gregg didn't want to jeopardize tarnishing the company name, hence why he put out a statement about Colins tame Tweet. The most telling thing about Gregg is that in the last ever KF episode featuring Colin, Gregg said "this isn't goodbye, we'll always be friends", however Colin has mentioned that he has reached out to Gregg since leaving KF, and Gregg has ignored every message. I have a feeling that Gregg is salty about a few things Colin said on Rogan and Rubin about KF not having his back, but that's just me being considerate towards him, if I were to be honest, it's just that him and the rest of KF are part of the hyper liberal San Fran orthodoxy and they're hanging on to their jobs for dear life. They know about cancel culture and how siding with Colin might hurt them, so they chose the side Which would keep the KF name going strong...and I don't think they lost any sleep over that decision either.

Really interesting to watch this in retrospect. Colin was right...Donald Trump is back.

Yeah I'm watching this today and its very interesting. Kinda Funny was so friggin good when they this kind of content with different voices and different opinions, mixed in with the games stuff. Might not be for everyone but the fact it was there if you wanted it was fantastic and, and made them unique. Was that mostly Colin? Yeah I guess probably lol. I think David Jaffe said it best one time that Greg is peak when he has the "straight man" to play off of, and without Colin it's just like a bunch of Greg Jr.'s

Tim is the most disrespectful, spineless poser. Lives are on the line and Tim is seething because there is a new Marvel movie to review and the clock is ticking. Colin keeps saying to stop painting with a broad brush but Tim opens his mouth and adds a new coat of paint to the wall.

greg "i do understand blue collar life" also greg "if those people just didnt shop at walmart, walmart wouldnt have cause local businesses to shut down" seems like he lost his "understanding". most of those families need to shop at walmart because they cant afford not to. their livelihoods were already circling the drain - as colin pointed out. walmart was not the "easy answer" for them, it was the only answer.
@mehoymenoy88413 жыл бұрын
Yes! And they can't afford to shop at the higher priced locally owned business (only higher priced because they don't have the ability to sell things at a loss until their competition goes out of business like Walmart does) because the good paying job that they had moved to the Xianjang Province on a moment's notice.

Something that stood up with me. 19:44 "Donald Trump will be back." You know why? Because people only look at their own belly, specially people from the coast. Normal working people is tired of being said what to do. Anyway, Colin just said what the future will be. Divisive indeed.

I remember talking to Colin and Nick at a gaming convention in Anaheim or Vegas. I was begging Nick and Colin to cover the election because of how heated things where starting to get in KF community. These guys if they stayed together could of help ease tension between gamers in their community. But we all know what happen after this in 2019. KF finally said the quiet part out loud. TRUMP VOTERS aren't welcome. I mean look at that pathetic head shake by Getty's in 2015 when Colin brings up sympathy for Trump voters. I remember the day after Colin left and the chat calling out that weasel. The other side hasn't cooled down it rhetoric or attitude for almost 10 years. Why we had J13 this past weekend. DTS is real and is getting worst. PS Don't forget when KF was GOG, Colin Was Right had political topics. In the beginning of GOG when Greg had cancer. The channel had those elements, even though it was mostly gaming.

Am not even American so I don't care about politics, but kindafunny had something really special with Colin in the mix ... The fact that this is a gaming channel is beyond cool because the way they're now is literally just IGN but with even more selling out. A lot of people think gamers are just gamers, colin treat gamers like humans first that just happen to love gaming and this simple thing just changes the whole way this media is habdled

I think what was missed by Greg here is the point that one side failed the other so badly that they looked to someone like Trump. Being a snake oil salesman isn't the point. The point is, this is the candidate the other side created. Both sides got the candidate they deserved.
