All we got from Barghouti were lies and ridiculous denials of facts that show him to be the complete and utter evil he is. He said Israeli propaganda is responsible for the idea that Hamas uses human shields, when it is well known that Nizar Rayan, one of Hamas' political leaders prior to his death, used the strategy to protect a building which had already received numerous warnings by the IDF in 2006. The strategy worked because the IDF called off the strike and they've employed it ever since. This is why they build tunnels below schools and hospitals. Barghouti wants the viewers to believe that there is no other space to build tunnels, a flat-out lie. But, he also omits the known fact that Hamas chose to build tunnels to protect its fighters, rather than bomb shelters to protect civilians. Hamas has laid the responsibility for protecting civilians in Gaza at the feet of the UN. Why anyone, who is not a blatant anti-Israel propagandist, like Barghouti, supports Hamas is beyond me.

lol yeah i checked it's Fathi Hamed but strangely in alan dershowitz' book the quote is very different from what alan said. 16th anniversary of g0wJXf2nt4Y Edit1: Here's what I understand from the above original quote & Alan's book: 1 - I think there's a misinterpretation. I think what's being said by Fathi Hamed is that Palestinian soldiers, when they fight, act as shields when they defend women & children. It's not (necessarily) that women & children as used as human shields to deter attacks. So the 'human shields' are soldiers in the sense of being humans who are shields not civilians who are (voluntarily or) involuntarily forced in gunfire to deter attacks. Lol. Alan sucks. That's what Alan gets for that issue with Bobby Fischer. Ben Shapiro rules. Ben proves human shields by saying there are recordings where civilians say they can't leave because Hamas won't let them or something. 2 - more importantly Alan is supposedly reading what was written in the book so how come it's very different?
