Ross my man, don’t ever tell someone (let alone the world at large) you have OCD with screw heads directions. 😂 if I knew you personally and knew I could yank your chain that easy, I would come visit and help myself to a frustrated Ross. That’s because I like messing with people; and yes, I fully expect it back in return. 😂 Glad to see Janet’s attention to detail is saving your backside from having to deal with all of those fiddly details. You are both doing great! As well as everyone that’s help3d along the way.

Ah Rosco, now it makes sense! Doubt you remember me, but I’m Don from Lady Dew build. When I was building Lady Dew, I always tried to keep in mind what the late great George Buehler said; While those spending the time getting yacht finishes the rest of us are on the water with work boat finishes years earlier. But then I saw you making sure all the screw heads were aligned! LOL you have no choice but to do a Yacht finish! You will have a beautiful boat, one day I would love to see you out here. ;)

I've always been impressed by the hard and very neat work when you do fiberglassing, the meticulous prep and sanding with all that god damn dust in sweat and humidity with breathing equipment. After several years you still surprise me with them screws and have dived off into an even deeper end than before. I don't know how you did it but you outdid yourself again to a whole other level with that one. Not something I would ever do but brilliant none the less!

The list of modifications you have had to do and still to do on all aspects of the boat are amazing. Fit the compressor for the freezer, not so straight forward = cut base from side mount and check fit. I like the way you are constantly thinking ahead. It shows a high standard of workmanship. Good old dependable Janet in the background work lady extraordinaire. Great channel guys.

Hi Roscoe (and Janet), you make a good excellent team and are doing amazing quality work. But I was just buttering you up - I think you may well come to regret shoehorning the compressor into the small void bell the freezer box. As I said in a previous vid, nothing kills a fridge quicker than poor airflow over the condenser. It is fine introducing cooler air in at the bottom but as that air gets warm (across the condenser) and increases in volume it needs to escape from the void or you effectively stall the flow across the condenser. Do you not have any other practical alternative location that will help airflow and make access easier? Keep up the great work.😀👍⛵️

Hi Ross. I wouldn't bother with a drain in the freezer. Get some Slurpex sponges to clean it out when required. I Have had some for 40 years used daily a must if you have a boat or caravan.
@mikeskelly23562 ай бұрын
A freezer drain is good for when you have to defrost the unit. Just install one with a plug or valve on the end of the drain hose, then you can open the bilge and put a bucket under the hose...
