Do You Have Complex Trauma? Take the QUIZ: bit.ly/3QGbzMV
*****
Children need to be taught that it is not just important what they do (their actions), but also why they do it (their motives). Good actions with the wrong motives can do a lot of damage. Children from Complex Trauma grow up in a world of unhealthy motives. What do healthy motives look like? How does one grow in this area?

It’s ok to be motivated to help yourself. It is self love. And you need to protect yourself- many people just like hurting others.

in addidtion: I figured out with that new perspective, that I felt guilty when I found out about the motives of the other, kind of I am the failure to keep the love and I am the "destroyer" (I am kind of, but in a good/protecting me way). But to split love from motives helps a lot even to look at my own.

God bless you for all you do, I have learned that my anger which was always underneath and eating me like a leech was actually mask for the shame I had faced being a child, my mistake was that I born as a GIRL child in a society where girls are burden and lower species then men. So many things and so much inside that it literally crushed my soul like u crush a cigarette bud with your foot once you are done smoking.

As christians we are called to give our lives for the truth (others), as a servant. When you have that as a motive Jesus will protect you.

They are not exactly lies. It's just that they it's no such thing as happiness, just like there is no such thing as Santa. But there are pleasant moments that, if accumulate, result into pleasant periods of time.

To act like there isn't always a self serving agenda is to allow myself to be made a slave of my blindness to the ignorance within my own belief system.

For everyone who follows Esthers story .i was thinking ..when some say no no women were never 2nd class citizens...😂right ..i mean the queen could b killed by her husband just for wanting to initiate talking .The point is not that he could kill her despite being the queen but the fact that if he could so easily kill his wife then what does that say abt the relationship
