It's a coin toss if you let a Filipina come to America... They generally last as many months there as years in a relationship... If you love them let them go, if they come back they are yours forever...

If you accustom a woman to a certain lifestyle, she will develop a taste for it and expect that lifestyle, and feel that her quality of life has been diminished if it were to cease. So be careful about offering her ,as a married person, freedoms that she culturally does not expect, because that will undermine the very traditional family values that are the reason for being married to a non-western woman in the first place.

Tim, it was interesting hearing all that, but really, there is a reason why things are as they are now, hopefully, Chrissy will get her school completed successfully and get her nursing license, and then at that time there will be no reason for you to live as anything other than a family unit. There is always something new to look forward to, You will be traveling someplace together in no time. Have a good new year.

For some guys stating single is risk aversion, understandably so. For others it's just a lifestyle, and not the degenerate bar hopper type. When I first started going to SE Asia 20 years ago that's how I lived and I had several meaningful relationships in Thailand and the Philippines that fizzled out just like they do in the West. Two were her wanting more and me not ready to settle down, if ever. But I was never alone. When I got sick and was in intensive care in Thailand for a week that girl was by my side the entire time. So it's not as lonely a lifestyle as it may seem. Now at age 44 I definitely want to settle down but then I will run across a random video of a married guy over there saying that while he is happy, he wonders if he shouldn't have stayed single and just traveled around for the rest of his life. Staying in the same place with the same woman can seem like an insane proposition given all the adventure out there to be had. The only problem is when it's all over, you're very likely going to be alone and that really sucks. That's something a lot of Western women are going to learn over the next 50 years, unfortunately. Women are born with value and control access to sex. Men have to create their value and control access to relationships. Women are squandering that value and it's going to end horribly. And I'm starting to see that same mentality in Filipinas, unfortunately. "I don't want to get married until 29-30." Good luck with that even if you don't have a kid by then after a drunken encounter.

read only half part before you went full andre tate bs. Ive been with my gf for a year and kinda regret it. Life is short and for sure i want to keep travelling and meeting women. No one can guarantee that if you marry a woman she will stay with you forever, no one will guarantee you wont end up alone. I'd rather travel and have experiences, than worrying if i end up alone someday 😴 Loser mentality is worrying about that bs.

I have a Thai wife. Thai women are known to be subservient. BUT, not all of them. My wife considered herself an old maid at 35 years old. She never married or had children. She said that no man would have a woman who has a mind of her own. That was one of the things that attracted me. No way would I want a clinging vine jealous woman for a wife. She is ambitious and has a business of her own. No way have I ever tried to control her. She likes to be the boss and I allow her to be. I still control my money but her business makes money for herself so that is no longer that important.. My way must work since after more than 20 years we are still together.

I don’t recommend loosing your cool, or getting close…You have to walk away. I did…it wasn’t so much the Taxi it was all the negative encounters of just trying to get through the city. You wear a target on your back. I was simply tired….felt like I had put the effort in and really didn’t get much out of it. A heck of a lot of people simply saw a few extra pesos and they were going to try their luck.

Please don’t take this the wrong way; but I think all the guilt you expressed on your other video about the “liberated woman” and having her independence in the college experience just sounds like Western feminist propaganda or masculine-shaming. Almost sounding like you were atoning for crowding her out her OH Phase with the inconvenience of early marriage….which is not how the Filipinos really see it-- she hit the jackpot and snagged a good American husband. A million 18-19 year old Filipinas would surgically surrender their pinky-finger to get the same opportunity. What are you indirectly apologizing for?
