@@speeddemon9555 You cannot see that the way he sees marriage is as valid as the way you do? Yet, from many perspectives, and here I speak as a man interested in marriage and kids who dated for 20 years and didn't get married, it has become obvious that the options nowadays are mediocre in general, and the institution of marriage, and here I speak as a lawyer, no longer has the same security it once did for neither party...None of the 17 divorces i assisted one of my professors with looked to me like a happy, exiting outcome, particularly when there were children involved...so, it is no longer whether you and @westerlywinds5684 are happy and in good marriages...there are no absolutes here, even when you are happily married...what we have to ask, following science, is how many working educated American men between 25 and 40 can go into a relationship right now and not end up in a Motel room depressed because your wife wont let you see your kids even though you just flew across the country to be with your kids...and you are on time on your child support...and you give more than money...its great to be happily married but, it's better to be single and happy than divorced and depressed...In a way i am glad i did not get married...after I quit law and started teaching I realized, being around young people, that the world is going to Hades in a hand basket...I miss George Carlin...

One might think Chrissy would have discussed her plans/ intentions with her husband before he returned to find she'd moved out. Don't know where you've come up with the idea of "it's just for weekdays", because why did the guy have to go searching for her. Seems to me she's using him for an income, and he's ignoring it because he doesn't want her to leave him completely.

Reference your out of stock menu items, things don't work in the states either some times. I took the wife's car to Las Vegas for maintenance today after which she took me shoe shopping until she got a little hangry. She would only go someplace with rice. We stopped at Genghis Mongolian Bowl (I think). Out of 3 menu pages, only two meals in the place did NOT have rice as a main ingredient. I can't eat white rice because I can't swallow it, so I ordered one of the two non-rice bowls. Out of stock. The only thing left was a veggie bowl I learned to hate .... then we went to Seafood City for Silverfish, which I could swear is a bug.

They are funny and a typical couple also, for those who really want to know what an American - Filipina relationship is like. Although some have it easier if they are just living in the states where things are less chaotic. Truthfully, the states side is better and just visit the Philippines or spend winters there…that’s much better. Having your cake and eating it too, is the saying….always stay together though. For those who don’t know. The Tim is wealthy. That’s not humor. One more thing Tim, don’t let that living separately thing go on too long or often…maybe the last time that happens is a good idea.
@papa2bdj Жыл бұрын
I don't agree with your suggestion that Tim and Chrissy are in a typical American-Filipina relationship. There are quite a few such couples who have stayed together and got along wonderfully. I am one of them. I was married to a beautiful Filipina. We would have celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary in September of 2005, had she not died in March of that year. She once told me, 'If something happen to me, you not gonna find another like me." Oh, how true that was, although I really was not trying, nor did I want to find one like her. She was who she was, one of a kind. Were I to look for another Filipina, the only thing about her that I would want to be the same as my asawa, is that she too be one of a kind. Tim, I wonder why you did not confront Chrissy immediately? Had my wife, either before or after we were married, done what Chrissy has done, I would have confronted her as soon as we got in off the street. Of course, one has to be careful who one gets into a relationship with, but the same is true in the States. "Stateside is better?" Tell me, @mgrant9984, are you American, or from the Philippines? If you are American, suggesting everything is better in the States is typical of many of my fellow Americans. Sure, we lived in the States, but both of us began to regret not having returned to the P.I. to stay. Now, after following a number of KZbin channels about Foreign/Filipina relationships, who have shared tours of different places in the P.I. I realize that things are more modern there than it was when I lived there. One thing that has not changed, is how important family is to the Philippine people. I would like to suggest that you visit The Crown's Vlog. This is a successful relationship, with much humor between them.
@MG77740 Жыл бұрын
@@papa2bdj You make a valid point that my generalization may be incorrectly interpreted so let me clarify that I do not mean that all Filipino women have episodes of moving out. That is a bit concerning and not typical. However I do see a lot of guys that have a similar personality, married to a Filipina….it’s not everyone. They do sometimes have a good chemistry and when they do, this would be what I’m referring to and not their current situation which I would be concerned about if I were Tim. Either country has it’s good and bad parts. My remarks about the two countries are a generalization and there’s exceptions. It my experience and opinion only. I’m sorry to hear of the loss of your wife. We are Americans and married a very, very long time.

It’s amazing how much Chrissy has grown. From the shy young lady to the confident mother and wife. It’s beautiful.

Confidential mother and wife? She's turned into an entitled, conceited shrike.

It is amazing. And I can image what Tim would have for a wife in the U.S. I live in the U.S. and living single is way better then most of the options here.

Your doing good in marriage. Try having three kids to test marriage in time. I am ex Navy, part of last ship to leave Subic Bay nov24, 1992. My Filipino wife I met in Hong Kong. She worked as domestic. We have now been married 29 years. We live in Wisconsin. We visit family in Philippines every 5 years of so. Have three adult children still living with us. Filipino wife loyal, works full time but still cook take care of children. She doesn't like my brothers and sisters and still has some different Filipino ways but we will always love one another.

he actually loves his tiny lady, he's not just the type of guy that would cherry pick every words, he's more of a manly guy. influenced by his huge body structure.
