Wonderful! It's a pity this video segment ended before we can see the whole interview. East Timor needs a real friend in helping it develop its agriculture and fledgling industries. when it gained its independence from Indonesia, East Timor was the poorest new nation on earth. It has been exploited by outside powers and even taken advantage of by its near neighbours. China can be that real friend of East Timor and I hope that this will form a long term and lasting relationship that is based upon mutual respect and cooperation.
