At one point I feel my tears streaming out off my eyes and sliding in my cheeks anyhow, this meditation remembers me that what was the reason I'm working hard TQ

These are honestly hard for me because I feel like when letting in painful memories I'm letting the assholes win. Those who made them are winning by acknowledging them. Maybe that's the wrong mindset but that's how I honestly see it.
