This house is beautiful. I wouldn't even want to put anything on the walls downstairs, they were so pretty. I am not a fan of all white walls but this one was beautiful. I loved the office. Loved the color and the hidden space behind the bookshelf.

I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. You can play hide and seek here. Lol. My most favorite parts are the hidden room in the office, built-ins throughout, floating shelves throughout, the deck, and the master bathroom. In the unfinished spaces upstairs, I probably would put a couple more bedrooms or that one unfinished space, I probably would make that into a kids' playroom. That one room upstairs with a room attached to it, I probably turn that into a bedroom and nursery since I just had another grandson.❤❤❤❤❤

This is one of my favourites for sure. The hidden pantry is genius and the bedrooms with ensuites are a nice touch. The primary suite (not called a master these days) is so well laid out.

The red clay soil makes basements tricky and expensive due to soil moisture and expansion/contraction. You are most likely to get a basement when there's an opportunity for it to be a walk-out basement.
