Beautiful, but the pantry is disappointing. But it does seem to have lots of cabinet storage. I just seem to favor larger pantries so most everything is reachable without having to bend over now that I’m getting older.

Beautiful home. To carry in groceries from garage you have to go thru hallway, entry area, living area and then kitchen.

Wow Timothy! Thank you! What a spectacular home. I absolutely LOVE it. This would be my forever dream home. Even something a little smaller just like it would make me happy. This is the design I've been looking for but you can't seem to find it in modular homes with the rear views from the living area and master and center rear lanai joining them. Absolutely gorgeous!

My favorite thing about this house is the closet. Love that you have two ways to access it. The master bedroom would of been much better if it had a it's own small porch separate from the other.

That's easily accomplished by building a separating wall on the porch that then creats that separate space just make as a adjustment to the plan I'm sure they can do...for additional price add on I'm sure.

This could be my beachside home! Absolutely beautiful! I love what I call marriage savers, the two separate master bath sinks and the divided master closet. I can see myself on one of the two rear porches watching the sun set over the Gulf of Mexico! Thank you for showing this home!

Okay I'm packed and ready to go! This place is so beautiful! One tiny thing.. the kitchen cabinets should go to the ceiling. Wouldn't want to have to dust above them. But it wouldn't keep me from living in this house.

Love it! Very beautiful house, the smaller porch I would definitely turn that into a screen in porch just for me to relax & unwind 🍷🍷 I would use the bigger porch for my big bbq's. I was a little disappointed in the sizes of the pantry, especially being that there aren't a lot of cabintry in the kitchen. I absolutely love, love the master suite, ensuite & closet ❤❤❤

Loving your shows. The price of this home is so affordable compared to the garbage new builds in the UK 🇬🇧. I went to see the equivalent of a $900k home in chester, and it paled in comparison to this. I would buy this in a heart beat. Great house tour as always 👌

Gorgeous home lije the Semi separation. House has Character not to crazy about the way they kinda of LOCK you into the way you have to place your bedroom furniture. I LIKE TO Change things around when I get bored. Certaintly Not a home for a gardeners no real place to preserve food..that's a closet Not a pantry😄😄😄 porches off the chart awesome.

I love the layout of this home, but instead of an office/study area (since they can be somewhat messy and disorganized) I would make it a formal Dining Room and use the dining area as a less formal dining area. Love the porches, but I would have a tendency to want to screen them in so you could enjoy them without the pesky mosquitos, gnats and other flying insects. You mentioned using two type sof roofing both metal and shingles I have seen metal shingle that look exactly like the asphalt shingles.

I would like to forego the built ins in the front area and have a beautiful stone fireplace put in that would be where my piano would go and my moms maple book case I NOW have and two of my custom chairs and ottoman with a beautiful octagonal table I now have from my mom's mom. I can see my furnishings in this place so I think this is the home that is hitting almost all the right things for me.

Not bad. Still no place for a freezer, that spot in the laundry room wouldn't hold one. I do like that a slim table will fit in the laundry room though. I don't like bedrooms being at the front of a home, but guess it just depends on a persons style and where they live. Those porches would be full of animals here...LOL. Knowing the local deer they would most likely be on the porch.

Love this house and lay out. I do not like the wire shelves in the clothed closets, from past living I know that always fail and fall.
