Few questions, would appreciate if you can help please :) 1. Where can I buy black and brown sesame seeds in Malta? Are they available at a supermarket? 2. Will the dish still be as good if instead of vial liver, I put a little bit more pork and beef? 3. How can I get the paper cut out you made the design of the cross with please? Thanks!

Ġunġlien tista' tuża l-komuni, available għand il-ħwienet kollha hawn Malta. Ġunġlien iswed issibu fis-super markets il-kbar, eżempju Greens, Pavi u Pama jkollom żgur. Il-fwied tista' ma tużaħx. Jekk trid tista tuża tat-tiġieġ minflok, jew kif issuġġerixxejt inti stess, iżżid iżjed minced pork u beef. Serraħ rasek li tajba xorta ser tiġik! 😊 Il-karta qtajtha jien b'idejja, tista' tagħmel l-istess fuq karta ġdida. Tista' wkoll tagħmel forom differenti.

With regards to sesame seeds you can use the common ones found in any grocery store around Malta. The black sesame seeds are available from the larger super markets, such as Greens, Pavi and Pama. You can omit the Veal liver. Alternatively you can use either chicken liver or as you suggested, more minced pork and beef. Rest assured that it will turn out good anyway. 😊 The paper was hand-cut using a scissors and a new piece of A4 paper. You can make any design you desire on your pastry.
