With the crap with Europe about to go nuclear 🔥💩.🔥Tina's words are beautifully prophetic, haunting, and incapsolating of nuclear armageddon. The politicians play themselves as heroes. What is Russia going to do when backed into a corner ? They have made this quite clear. ☢️ 💣 💥

But now I'm much older, and this song speaks volumes about all of our personal experiences in this world. The irony is, through her personal experiences she was a hero for us all❤

My grand mother was strong, and raised five children on her own when he husband died young. No job, no welfare, no help! Grew their food herself, and sold some to pay for her electric bill. She just worked hard her whole life and went without pretty much everything..and hardest to believe is, she never bitched about it!! Died at 72, couldn't read or write, went to church 3 days or nights a week..and had to walk to get anyplace she went! Screw people today that think they live hard!! Bullshit! She passed in 1972..I still think of her often. I helped carry her coffin.

As a child when ever I heard it playing it made me feel like she was speaking to and about me.That I didn't need another JFK, Malcolm X, Martin L King or other leader to look. I didn't need someone screaming in my ear to go in a certain direction that benefited them but instead tell the world to leave us alone and get the Hell out of our way and let us live. It felt like she was saying she had faith in us as a generation to get it right on our own. Generation X forever.
