What an unusual design. Is the ground floor really just a storage area, bathroom, and staircase? You have a generous sized lot, and the current design looks like it will easily be expandable in the future when you or the future owner decide to add square footage. Best wishes.

neat little place. With the extreme lack of storage and the lack of closet space, I would feel inclined to enclose that cut out in the entryway to make more storage space and closet space, and then get a large deep freezer down there as well. For $150k I feel like you probably could have bought a larger house, but this is a nice little place, in what seems to be the exact place you want, which a "normal house" you'd have to make some compromises.

The trick is try not to buy a bunch of junk for your home. With you guys I presume that you get a bunch of stuff from your fans. Buy a cabinet with a lock and put in the garage for the stuff that you don’t want or need right away. I love the small home. My home is 1300 sq. Ft. I would love to see updates of your home. The place looks great you two! Moving does suck & it feels like it takes too long to get settled just right. You might even end up rearranging something. 😂 I've moved from a big house with a big yard to a much smaller house & yard. Deciding what to get rid of is rough.
