Mom is so loving giving her son the bedroom on the ground floor. I feel the same way and think it was a good move giving an area of space to call his own and to allow for that sleepover with friends when the time comes. I’m so happy for them but so upset with the circumstances in our country and the economy that has pushed hard working citizens out of the housing market and has made them seek other alternatives in order to live. This mother said something similar to what my aunt told me a number of years back and has stuck with me since “ the way you’ve done things here isn’t wrong sweetie it’s just a different way “ . This after being told how wrong I was I so appreciated that and hearing this lady say something similar made me smile. Best of luck to her and her son, they seem very delightful.

Cody, that's called a trundle bed. I grew up on one. Except it had a steel frame, and if flipped a lever, thst came up to full bed height. They used to be very popular. Very nice interior, sounds very reasonable in today's housing market, too!

I absolutely love the layout. It looks huge in there. I look at thousands of tiny homes. This one is incredible. I’m proud of you Mom for giving your son a home. He’s a sweetheart very secure and what he likes and what he doesn’t like. I can’t believe the lot rent is $1000 thoughthat seems so high and you know the lot rent gonna keep going up you’re gonna have to have a side hustle

Mom gets to feel like a kid again in her loft. I’d love a loft to turn into a Movie watching room. I really wish states would start allowing tiny houses neighborhoods so you can own your own land. In this housing market that would make the most sense.

I love the kitchen which is pretty huge in a tiny house. I love your gold accents and the wall paper on the fridge. I was really impressed with your loft bedroom. I love order and beauty and space which is so great. Its great that Chase has easy access to the bathroom. I also love your treasures. Chases bedroom is awesome! His art is really amazing. I love his carnivorous plants and the measuring tape on the wall. The bathroom is awesome. The cat was cute cuddled up in the basket. Chase has long hair like my son though his hair is past his bottom. You did a great job in every way with this home and a great parking spot to boot. LOVE THIS ONE! Her interior design and the colors… love how light everything is. From the curtains, the wall color, the paint color of the kitchen cabinets, the couch. She did a wonderful job! The only thing I’d change for the builder, with this tiny home is, I wouldn’t waste the square footage for the outside of the house.. I’d rather have the square footage inside and just have the front porch. The wrap around porch just seems like wasted square footage that could have been used for more space inside for the living room area.
