I am sure Johnathan already thought of using an indicator stick mounted to the dolly. That measures the same distance to a string beside the wall each time he moves it. As well as a tall pole at each end of a straight wall that the string can slide up for the next layer. A wire from the center (does not stretch) to the dolly will gauge the circular wall.

Earth bags! That's a lot of hardware cloth! I like the grinder for cutting it! Wow, thanks for saying you'll be putting it on both sides of the bags too! Lots of vapor barrier to lay also! Wow, that went well with the vapor barrier. The dogs and the cats participation is great to see! Mixing the dirt! This has the 2 parts Portland cement in it for the foundation walls right? From what I recall: the first layer is 1.5" chip rock. 2nd layer is 3/4" chip rock. 3rd layer is 1/2" chip rock. This should take you to 9" clearance from ground. This is a automatic self draining mechanism and no vapor barrier required. If you have your 3" slope designed into your site plan. But the again that was 19 years ago and in a different state.
