Yeah I've seen this . Really easy to do if you don't think for a Moment before De-Coupling . And sometimes you will not be aware of the Precise Loading you actually have on board either . Linehaul trailers are often Loaded by Local Operators , Coupled into Doubles or even Triples , Weighed as a Combination for Axle Group compliance , and then Parked for collection by the Long-haul Operator . If he has to Split his Combo there can be a Readymade Tip already waiting . Roll-back Trailers mitigate this Issue , of course , but not everyone will have them . Expensive Equipment .

This why we use A frames when loading A trailers solo.

I'd heard rumours of this phenomenon, but these are the first photos I've seen.

The one with the tankers, was it fuel in the front compartment, or just ballasted with water?

One problem with Funnymores tanker operator issue just another company that employs monkeys.

Maybe some of these drivers need some lessons in physics or maybe unload the A trailer first (with the prime mover under it) - I’ll just let myself out now.😂

Certainly the best option, but not always possible, but yes Physics 101.
