Hi traci, the processing of the 491 is currently dissapointing. 189 and 190 are being processed faster. The 491 was lodged with priotised processing as a benefit. What is happening?

Can I apply state nomination for both 190 and 491 in a particular, state together?

Both 189 and 191 are permanent resident visa, and both have no condition attached to it. 189, 190, 191, they are basically all the same. It’s just that 190 you have obligations that cannot be reasonably enforced.

Hi Ms. Traci, applied ROI for SC491 , with 75 points with state points ( 261111 - Business Analyst) and received couple of mails from VIC , that i have been assessed as eligible and will be considered for next rounds of invitation. Please advise whats the chances of the same. Thank you

Afaik Victoria only allows one ROI, so you have to choose either 190 or 491, but not both.
