You mean upside down or something? Go to the layout editor > positioning tab > transform > flip (or rotate)

Looks like hazel might do what you're after: www.noodlesoft.com/ But heads up I've never used it... I've only got a PC sorry. Tbh it only really saves you about 30 seconds so it's definitely not essential, but I was curious as to how far the process could be automated. 😊
