I normally use baby wipes.. I figure if those are good enough for a baby then it’s good for me. Avoid those with alcohol though .. also avoid those with extra foam. I also do ACV rinses especially when on my period. Also, avoid using very hot water when cleaning down there.

I would like to know more about eating healthy. I’m single and have heart disease. It’s really hard to cook for one person. I’ve started eating those Sargento 3 pack balance breaks which are really 180 calories. Sometimes that’s all I eat. I don’t like to cook. And I have a huge problem with milk. I had quit it for a year but fell off the wagon. I’m 5’4 and weight it 177. I don’t like that at all. I know all the meds can cause weight gain must people don’t know that but they. They also kill you appetite most people don’t know. Just this week I didn’t eat for two days. That’s not good. I need help@amberscloset. I should not weigh this much.
