Hello Dr. Stephens, Thank you for your videos! I am currently trying to come up with a nite time routine for my skin. I have oily skin in the summer, I get light acne and I have a lot of hyperpigmentation. I want to start using 2% Alpha Arbutin at night but I want to use a retinol in this routine as well. Can you tell me what retinol would be best for this routine?? And where should I layer it?? Here's the layering routine list I came up with.. 1) Simply Cleanser 2) 2% Alpha Arbutin 3) Niacinamide 4) Vitamin c (not the high concentration) 5) Light Moisturizer - CeraVe or Rosehip oil **I also plan on using the Azelaic Acid with a Salicylic Cleanser on the weekends to tackle the acne

I looked up Avene RetrinAl and they don’t mention anything about acne in the product description. Maybe I should get the La Roche Posay and use it as you described - once a week, then twice a week, etc and sandwich it? I don’t have overly sensitive skin, but I do want to be careful. I scar quite easily from my pimples and want them gone!
