Supportive shoes are silly. Did millions of years of evolution create fragile feet and ankles? It makes no logical sense. It's just business advertisement being presented as medical advice. And for warming up, you just need to do whatever activity you are planning on doing at an easy and low intensity for a few minutes. So if you are planning on running, run really slow for 5 minutes. The rest of the advice is fine.
