Thanks - Very doable - Sadly, I'm not the active athlete I once was and COVID hasn't helped. This should help with maintaining muscle mass. Do you have exercises that can stimulate/assist with increasing bone density for women with osteopenia ...or at least slowing progression? Thanks again
