wow this video was actually really captivating. This guy IS awesome. I love that he has fun with it, and it's actually cooking, not a science with him. Very raw, old school. Amazing. My favorite parts was when he said that to make it "is almost like make a da lasagna!" And when he's folding in the beaten egg whites... "becomes white and silky... LOOKADAH!" His accent is also really charming. The strong italian and scottish english tones are so interesting.
