A huge help for me was cutting out caffeine, especially coffee. I'll have green tea sometimes, but minimally. I also try to practice mindfulness to keep my stress levels low. The small book 30 Days to Reduce Stress by Harper Daniels has been my go to for quick mindfulness exercises.

She is sooo underrated!! I first listened to her on Dhru Purohit (sorry if the spelling is wrong), and her advice was phenomenal. I am extremely grateful I was able to find her. I've implemented some of her strategies for liver and gut health and I'm feeling better every day. Thank you Dr. Taz
