This is why I love Cookies so much. Its removal resistant. I have won many games vs mono-black when all they have in the graveyard is 4-5 peace's of removal, and they are sitting on Go for the Thought that wont kill any of my stuff.

My solution to removal is to use recursive reanimation. I have like three decks that does that. Two of which I made videos on. And then people use farewell, negating all my efforts.

I use an Esper shell running all the creatures with the nastiest / heaviest Ward Costs (Fleshgorger, Trespasser, Gisa, Loch-Whale) and then 4 x Splinter Twin and 4 x Getaway Glamer. They can point their spot removal at my stuff, for sure - I'll even let them pay the brutal Ward cost - but it's not going to be there when their spell resolves :). Double Trespasser triggers and a huge Fleshgorger are among the synergistic benefits.

Let's not wave off the entire argument because someone might have been sexist. Two things can be true at once. Of course there are losers who will try to de-value women's achievements online but let's not act like there's ZERO argument to be made. It definitely can be an advantage to have access to hundreds or even thousands of brains to give you feedback. Sure it might not be as big of a deal as people think, but I've seen many videos of your gameplay where chat definitely came in clutch so let's not pretend like it's an absolute non-issue. We have to acknowledge that it's not 100% equal. Of course, in the context of a charity tournament, it's not the same but the argument still applies to other tournaments. Also, it's definitely true that an 80% win-rate is exclusively an Arena thing. The best players in the world piloting the best decks in their format will top at probably 60% win rate IRL. It's not that it's impossible, it's just that it's not representative of IRL competitive play. People just do not know how to handle their upset feelings and end up speaking from a place of hatred and being jerks but we have to be charitable and still recognize that there are nuggets of truth in there.

Ash, I wanted to offer perspective on the opponent that commented about your Twitch chat. For all I know that person could have been whiny and salty about losing; perhaps (though I find it unlikely) they were upset about being bested by a woman; or perhaps they have a legitimate concern about the fairness of the game and expressed in a poor fashion. I have been matched against you twice (1-1 if you care), having seen your videos here on KZbin, the fact that you have an audience is something that I was aware of during the matches. In your videos you DO talk to your chat, not about your game-plan perhaps but you talk about mulligans, you ask questions about what your opponent might have in hand, or what they might have in their decklist. And chat responds. Maybe it helps, maybe not. But I have only a single pair of eyes on my game you have dozens (hundreds?). Is that fair? Is it right? I am not taking sides; I am not telling you what to do or say. But I do not think you opponent deserves to be berated and mocked for voicing a reasonable concern (no matter how poorly articulated). It's called consequences for your actions. If someone poorly articulated a point and comes across as a bad person, then they deserve to be called out and not be taken seriously if they are unable to be mature and control themselves. Is it human to get frustrated at the valid situation? Yes, it's also normal and very okay to hold people accountable for their inability to have some dignity and tact.
