it was very exciting journey and its the 1st train in south, come travel with me digitally
The Vande Bharat Express is part of the 75 such trains expected to be running all across India by the end of 2023. For passengers travelling from Chennai Central railway station to Mysuru, the fare will be ₹1,200 for economy and ₹2,295 for executive class

Ajay I am really happy that you are back from Uzbekistan TRIP TO Chennai and then proceeded to Tirunelveli to do this great VB vlog. Very convienent and Fast to reach Chennai Egmore in 7hours and 50 minutes. Of course these comforts come with a price tag.. Such fast trains always have limited stops. Of course Nellai Express is indeed a Pride train for going from Chennai to Tirunelveli. Happy to see other travel vloggers with you. I also fully enjoyed the vibes and excitement with all of you. I think these trains are waste of cost as it is almost equal to a flight price with more than double time it takes. Also when u consider sleeper class which is just 400 and only 5 hours of night time where mostly people sleep instead of wasting half a day of daytime Also the ticket price are ridiculous when u consider other countries having similar prices whose gdp per capita is much higher and provide more facilites We should applaud government for the right steps instead of just applauding everthing

I don't like the 100% electrification 80 is good. electrification is not the solution of pollution. Electricity also make pollution indirectly. This is same as like rice and side dish. Only eating rice is not good .

This kind of food from A2b like restaurants can/should be given in all Shatabdi/VB trains. The cost of a Mini Tiffin or Thali in A2B for a normal Citizen is around 110. IRCTC would be able to make contracts with restaurants like this which has potential reduction in price as it's huge bulk order. It's high time IRCTC brings in a change in the food that's served. Anytime Anwhere we travel in a Shatabdi/VB, the menu is always Paneer/Chicken, Roti, Curd, Rice and Dhal. The quantity given is less for many people and also the quality is not that good. They are already charging 200-300 catering charges for a journey which has one time Snack and one time Lunch/Dinner/Breakfast. I am sure if they even charge 50-100 more for food, people would be willing to pay if the quality/quantity/variety is improved.

We were there in tambaram and we watched it. But were behind and didn't come to front since it was late night and it was raining. Had v known that u had come we would have definitely come and met u. Should have Kovilpatti Stop.. Stops can be eliminated between Madurai and Chennai as already Vaigai SF is there (even it can run non stop between these)

Solution for Vaigai SF express: Parallel train race of Vande Bharat and Vaigai SF express from Trichy to Madurai(By removing Manapparai and Sholavandan hault). Towards Chennai, parallel train race of Vande Bharat and Vaigai SF express between Villupuram and Chengalpet

@@mageshkumar2445 Solution: Let Vande Bharat overtake Vaigai sf express at Trichy Junction . After 2 mins of Vande Bharat departure, Vaigai will depart. Vaigai will stop at Manapparai, so gap will be safe. When Vaigai arrives Dindigul, Vande Bharat should depart and join opposite direction track. After 2 mins Vaigai SF express will depart and will overtake Vande Bharat in Ambaturai Kodaikkanal road stretch (because Vande Bharat went opposite direction track). And Vaigai stops at Sholavandan and 2mins later Vaigai departs Sholavandan). It will accelerate fast because it's a main line, and Vande skip Sholavandan,from Sholavandan to Madurai Junction parallel train race. For that old time table can be followed

Ajay bro, Kovilpatti railway station earning is more than Virudhunager and it can patronize this train better than Virudunagar. Tuti people will board this train at Kovilpatti as well. It covers vast area around 30 to 50 kms area. I think it is worth while to give a stop for this train at Kovilpatti. Just a matter of time. This train timing can be quizzed to 7.30 hours easily. One more VB is needed from Tuticorin and stops can be shared between them TBM, VM, TPJ, MDU and TEN is must for all feature VB trains.

Train route should be altered to attract more patronage, after 3 months, it should be changed to 16 car and start from tambaram and an additional stop at chengalpet and should end at nagercoil, so that it encourage more passengers/tourists to kanyakumari

Sitting for 8 hours is definitely tough. But this VB is launched to serve broken journeys I suppose. People who travel between Chennai and Trichy/Madurai would prefer this one. Same goes for Trichy/Madurai - Nellai people. It's the same way how Chennai Bangalore Shatabdi/VB operates. Usually Chennai - Mysore patronage is way lesser compared to "Chennai - Bangalore" and "Bangalore - Mysore". Not to mention, Tejas Express seats are very bad and cramped. Shatabdi seats are way better. And, VB seats are of course, better. Hope IRCTC launches Sleeper coaches in VB. I read already that's in pipeline and would be done this year.
