Tissington & Parwich Circular walk.

A stunning 12 mile circular walk that starts on the Tissington trail, then takes in two beautiful quincentennially English villages starting with Tissington, then onto Parwich before returning close to the Hamlet of Alsop En Le Dale and back to the car.
The majority of the route is an adapted route taken from the “Bradwells Family Cycle Rides (Peak District) by Francis Cooper. We have adjusted the route slightly to eliminate the need to walk along a section of A road.
I would say this is a easy 12 miles walk given that most of it is flat with a uphill stretch at the end. You could of course adapt the route to suit your abilities or time constraints.

Scores of times I've been to Tissington. Mostly by bike. Had a caravan at Biggin for 10 yrs on seasonal pitch. My wife died 3yrs ago. And no longer enjoyed it. Now have a Campervan which I'm enjoying Sad the sweet shop has closed. Think it must have closed soon before you went. As I think I went there last yr Very surprised you didn't show or talk about the lovely cafe. In fact it seems you deliberately didn't you was directly opposite when showing well
