Florida Gator - Cool, dude. Man, a young black kid (or kid of any color, for that matter), would be a hell of a lot better off looking up to Ric Flair or Hulk Hogan, than they would be if they looked up to one of these ignorant, criminal rappers these days. It sickens me when I see a very high percentage of the young black kids (and some other kids too) trying to emulate these rappers. Like Chris Rock said so many years ago, 'They think they are keeping it real...but they are actually keeping it real dumb'. Willingly ignorant kids being led astray. They are very easily influenced and aren't wise enough to just open their eyes and realize that this crap isn't the real world.

@Sam707BFBC - Oh man...when i think about and look back to when Nash and the NWO guys were wearing the bandanas like rappers and doing all of that stuff, I have to look away from the TV. It is so cringy. Even when I was watching the NWO years during the end of high school and my 1st couple of years university, I thought that it was cringe-worthy then too. Grown men acting like little boys. At the same time, I totally dug the 'Rap is Crap' crew and angle.

What Stevie was saying about him and Nash talking R & B music, I’m the same way with blues music. I’ve surprised many of older men (black & white guys)at times. I just have a deep admiration and respect for the blues. Especially the guitar playing, the way all the old greats played was mesmerizing to me, they all had a feel for it that you just can’t teach!

I get what he's saying. You don't think Dusty wasn't around a lot of black Americans? clearly he was - same for Hogan. A lot of the "brother" and "dude" and stuff. Sure it was partly schtick; but elements of realness there. Hulk Hogan MADE pro-wrestling. He MADE it huge in the USA. He then MADE it huge in Europe, and then Huge in Japan, Australia, South America. Hulk Hogan did more for Pro-Wrestling than the next 10 best wrestlers COMBINED! Respect brother!

Kevin Nash is from Detroit so he knows what's up and I remember a shoot interview when Scott Hall said when him and Kevin Nash were in the WWF back in the day that they will be in the locker room and Yokozuna will be listening to Mac 10 or all kind of hip hop music Scott Hall said that's where they got the for life from Scott Hall love Mack 10 and every black wrestling fan has forgiven Hulk Hogan it wasn't a big deal to me the fact that WWF or I should say Vince McMahon is trying to erase his history is ridiculous without Hulk Hogan there be no wwf period despite his politics and all that still Hogan was the Michael Jordan of wrestling

I respect the hell out of Stevie Ray. It's a shame that creative couldn't come up with a decent angle after they broke up Harlem Heat cause he was a total package. Guy could wrestle, cut a great promo, and had the look he legitimately looks like a bad ass who could beat anyone he was in the ring with.

100% agreed. Hulk Hogan - Helped black wrestler and celebrites made them make in an impact on wrestling. (Mr T, Muhammad Ali, Big Shaq, Rodman) Favourite artist: Jimi Hendrix Best friends: Dennis Rodman, Mike Tyson, Vincent, Tony Atlas and Snoop Dogg. Put over The Rock - twice. Worked and trained with his uncle and father back in the day. Listen to rap music Voted on Obama Stevie Ray: "Hulk Hogan is literally black" lol. Hogan is not a racist. WWE need to stop fucking around and bring back the legend who made them billion dollar company.

I'm white half Mexican. And I grew up around predominately African-Americans and my favorite genre of music is Rap. and some black guys are blown away that I know more about rap than them. And I ain't going to lie I heard the word nigga so much that it just became part of my language. It means homie where I come from. It's the one that has the er at the end that gets you in trouble.
