I got ripped by a comedian and stayed the whole time. I wasn't a heckler, but I made the mistake of showing up late. At the end of the act, he praised me and my wife for being hard working parents who still found time to spend money to see him. It was also our 14th anniversary so we have a lasting memory. By the way, he didn't verbally abuse us or anything, but he did give us a good ribbing about lateness and and trying to find our seats tho. I turned out to be a positive and added to the comedic experience.
