what did she say that was hateful?
@danaeads91910 ай бұрын
@@frank-ko6de Did you watch the video? It begins after Akaash said something as part of his routine, she got offended and made a remark. It starts as Akaash refuses to apologize for his joke and she refuses to shut up about how offended she is. Even in this nearly five minute video, it is apparent that footage has been edited out. Think about that. She is complaining for well over five minutes, she is getting roasted by Akaash, the audience is completely against her...yet she never shuts up about how offended she is, nor does she simply get up and walk out of the venue. Is she directly insulting Akaash? No, but she is interfering with, impeding, interrupting, delaying his performance all because she needs to be right, she needs to be comforted and apologized to. As Akaash continually points out...he doesn't owe her a damn thing. He's not going to apologize to her, ever, and while she has hurt feelings, he has her money.

Slayer8957 Sure you should know how to handle them as a comic but at some point it takes away from the show. If a guy only gets 5-15 minutes and more than 10 seconds is wasted on some idiot yelling then the audience who paid to see the comedians set is going to lose out. From the comics I’ve listened to on the podcast, most seem irritated by hecklers.

@@zackdelarocha8 Nah, some of the best sets are just crowdwork. And if you do crowdwork, sometimes theres pushback and even heckling. You just have to take that along with everything else. I've observed that a number of non black men are very insecure sexually, and truth be told, they do not believe they "measure up" (pun intended) to black men. These men have a lot of pent up frustration and anger that they'd love to direct at black men, but can't, because doing so would probably create a physical altercation which they don't really want to engage in. So what is their next best option? Well, ---Attack black women (who are largely unprotected). In my opinion, this really wasn't about the so called heckler; this was about a very insecure Indian man using his standup space, to direct his insecurity, hatred and racial abuse onto a black woman. I am mixed race, and I've personally seen males of various races looking to mistreat and abuse black women. Here's a thought, instead of blaming black women for black men's preferences and desires, why not take it up directly with black males? Ask them, why they prefer non black women. I can't tell you how many times I've been told by black guys that I'm ideal, due to my skin color or how beautiful I am because of my skin color. Far too many times to even count. As a result, I usually avoid black guys, because who wants to date someone who only values you or prefers you because of your light skin shade. I am sharing this, because it needs to be said. Colorism is a major issue among black men. I don't know why many dark skin black men in particular dislike their skin shade, but in my dealings with them, it appears that many do. Though most mixed race and non black women don't publicly discuss the colorism issue, we know it's pervasive among many non white (ethnic) men as well.

Gia_A Fair points...for the most part. I guess! Though much of it reeks of over analyzing things that don’t require it at all. I’ll overlook the slight assumption you make about the stereotype that all black men have big penises. Kinda makes sense since you say you don’t date them. Maybe you’ve never seen any?! You do realize that this is a comedy show, right? Like a standup show where people make funny observations. Like funny ha-ha. This isn’t one of those self-righteous, smug slam poetry shows...which by all signs, you seem to be a patron of. Oh...I’m sorry. “Matron”. Please forgive my inherent misogyny! 😊 Hecklers in a comedy show are the norm and the value of a good comic is how he/she weathers them. Aakash is in no way my favorite standup comedian. Actually he doesn’t even break the top 50. But that’s what stand up comedians do. They deal with, especially in this case, overtly sensitive idiots who think they are exempt of being ridiculed. And the beauty is I’ll defend their right to offend you (or me) or anyone regardless of who they are and what they look like! Yes, black women are to be ridiculed as much as a white guy, a Karen, a trans Laotian, a non-binary Greek, an agendered Vietnamese monk, or a snarky asshole American of South Indian ethnicity like myself! Ya dig?! In conclusion...lighten up, kid! 😊

bruh, non of this was serious, its a joke which makes non of what you said relevant, he said shes the reason black men go for white woman because stereotypically thats just what everyone says. its a JOKE based on a dumb stereotype, that woman didn't need to start responding whilst he was performing. if i was him i would've done the same, comedy isnt about dancing around the sensitivities of others its about jumping straight in and making them laugh and acknowledge it without negative emotions - and so much more.

Gia_A colourism is prevalent among white men too. Don’t take it badly is someone finds you more beautiful than other. Colourism is no different than men preferring pretty women over I pretty ones or women preferring taller over short. Athletic over fat and rich over poor.
