Writing a Manifesto: 3 Ways To Get Your SaaS Manifesto Right

At the heart of your Go-To-Market Strategy is your Manifesto.
A properly created Manifesto helps you raise everything you're trying to do in your GTM strategy.

I'm a fan. That said, I have laugh at people who say "the days of writing a Business Plan is so 1995," not realizing that when you write up a Manifesto, after doing your research on a product or brand to determine feasibility, then a BrandScript, Value Prop, USP, GTM, etc - and toss in a Budget & Timeline - voila, it's a fkin Business Plan.

Marketing Strategy is why and how you market and being intentional about it. Activities is the act of doing them.
