Powerful content. The multi threaded launch is similar to principles in Design Thinking (continuous iteration and improvement as you go, informed by data from quality users) - the multi-launch element in multi-threaded is one up on design thinking though. I like how u are able to capture & clearly demonstrate everything on a piece of paper, keep it up.

Hi, very informative video, but i have some questions What is the criteria of Minimum Viable product. As i am building a SAAS product that i know i have 3 main competitors, and I am trying to make a better product than them, by making a hybrid SAAS application in that space (combining the best parts of all those 3). Plus i am researching (blogs, reviews) what their customers actually need and adding those features in my product before launch. Am i in the MVP cycle or it is actually the criteria of MVP. Moreover, i am not making the perfect tool before launch, it will certainly have room for many features and improvements that i plan to update with the feedback and growth of my customers. Am i doing it right? Apologies for a long message.

Thank you so much for this valuable content - as a first-time founder building a Saas product I got completely stuck in Linear model.... Multi-threaded approach is one I will go for as it indeed seems more healthy and impactful and I strongly believe in community first! The question I have is about the promotion of my first MINI launch... do the pitch of my landing page covers what is currently available in the first release or do I pitch the ambition (the ideated end product) ? Thank you so much!
@laurentgoffinon6432 Жыл бұрын
Pitching the ideal product while not being developed yet, could be seen as over-selling.. on the other hand it could allow me to validate important hypothesis... the next question is whether I promote the features on the first mini-launch or I pitch the problems I am solving ?

@XBoysAtWorkX3 жыл бұрын
I think the idea is that you don't want them to look at it as not ready, but as a stage where they can provide feedback that will help you tailor the product to best fit them. You are solving their problem, and they are lucky enough to be in a position to influence how much better it can solve their problem.

Your idea is good but not best, with your model your competitors will take an competitive edge and eventually bang your model on a wall, in your multi threaded approach one shoud go with internally confidential companies before final launch of SaaS product. No advantageous features or strategies will be revealed in that case before you become confident in multiple beta launches for proper alpha launching
