Great information as always, TK! Not a lot discussed in the B2C SaaS space, though. Wildly differentiated sales processes there. Low touch. Faster. Lower deal sizes, etc. All of this impacts and tweaks what you're saying. Any plans to do a series on B2C??

I have a question, you've mentioned that in the 6th step you are collecting data and iterating, but in which of those 5 pillars you are establishing the success metrics that you are then measuring? Also, the Ideal customer profile, is it part of the 1st pillar?

As you're kicking off your Broadway Show, you'll want to establish a target revenue number and you'll use that to do the math on how many leads you need to target generating. 20% of the leads will turn into Pipeline (at steady state) and 20% of the Pipeline will turn into revenue (at steady state). And yes, Ideal Customer Profile is the first thing you work on for your GTM Strategy.
