This is my favorite TLC4x4 restoration youve done. The paint, the wheels, and the overall "slim" and minimal look are right up my alley.

Given that your trucks are clearly overbuilt to be used and abused, I think it would be so fun to see one of these videos where you and one of your favorite Icon owners drive around in one of your creations that's seen some action and had some miles put on it. See the personalization of the truck, see the owner talk about his or her relationship with it, stories, etc. I LOVE getting to watch these awesome videos right off the assembly line, but I think it would be so cool to see them with a little wear, maybe even a little patina!

Howdy Jonathan, Thanks for sharing the latest TLC resto, Its a beauty! I really dig the relatively subdued aesthetic. I also agree that it is a "Sleeper" especially with a 6.2L LS3. Here's looking to the next episode of your(and companies) geeking, Jerry

They probably can if a client asks, but my guess is it's because the e-rod kit is the best combination of cost, performance, serviceability and availability. A complete new powertrain shows up in a crate (engine, electronics and transmission) and it's California emissions approved, and you can get one as easily as calling up JEGS.
@collinhopper75424 жыл бұрын

This is sort of an old video so i am guessing no one will reply to my question, lets try anyway. I have always wondered on the turnaround and cost of this level of build, so i will put this at 12 to 14 months at around 180 k. How close did i get? Now this is an Icon and there is an exclusive upper level of attention higher than most other boutique builders so i will raise my estimate to 200 k
