While I am a little behind right now, I am enjoying this project and excited to jump into new colors and a new pattern in 2025. The linen stitch looks like something I can do, so it is a front runner for the new year!

I want to make a temperature blanket for the year hubby and I got married. I think that would be easier for my first one because I can look up the highest and lowest the temp got and go from there for my temp gauge and how many colors I want to use. I am currently watching every video in your temperature blanket playlist to prepare!! I also chose to do our marriage year instead of starting in 2025 because I won't feel like I'm getting behind. I don't want that experience for my very first temperature blanket. Thank you for your passion for this craft and giving me the motivation and confidence to take on this big of a project! ❤❤

Such a fantastic video! I already loved you for your funny - you have brought much joy to my days, but I’m in awe of your exceptional ability to teach. Perfect timing, helpful annotations and excellent graph patterns. Because of your enthusiasm, I’ve recently picked up crocheting again after 35-urgish years of having not touched a hook since my granny taught me. And I LOVE it! Thank you! I’m a farmer’s wife, and in my day there’s a lot of hurry up and wait for short, undetermined bursts of time in the house or on the go, and this is the exact hobby I need to to keep my hands productive for 10, 20, 30 minutes at a time. I hope this is just the first of many tutorials from you!

I‘m a bit late, but if you live in an area with extremely stable temperatures you could just make the pettiest color gauge by assigning each color to 3 or even just 2 degrees. As I said, be petty and nitpicky, and basically force the color variation. ^^ I really like Tony‘s idea for this year of making a blanket of the year she married. It‘s easier to set the gauge for a year that already has all the temperatures filled in, so there‘s no guesswork involved. So maybe that could be an inspiration for a „year before I left“ blanket as a goodbye to your former home?
