What is a Disclaimer in a Trademark Filing?

So if I want to trademark a Crown Body and Soul LLC; I can put LLC in the disclaimer section?

I can't provide specific advice here, but generally LLC is disclaimed if it is in a trademark application -- but also generally a brand's public use often doesn't include the LLC and thus shouldn't be part of the trademark filing. These are some of the many nuances in the application process, and why using an attorney is recommended.

@@makingtrademarksbloom thanks for replying! Well my situation is that I already have my brand name and logo trademarked; as far as for my products. My brand is a totally different logo and name. I just want to trademark my business name so no one else can use it?

I put clothing Co instead of clothing company or just clothing, and got hit with the disclaimer, trying to fix this Lil mess I got my self into
