I have 2016 challenger scat pack I was thinking about using the sportline for a little bit more of a drop what do you think. By the way go niners
@tmansupra5 жыл бұрын
Go Niners, I would have to say depending on wheel and tire combination for possible rubbing while turning. I have no rubbing issues while driving and turning. My car is uploaded on Fitment Industries gallery if you wanna check out the complete fitment specs of my wheels and tires. Including offset and back spacing.

Looks really good bro, what size tires are you running? I have a RT so it’s probably going to be different drop for me just worried about rubbing. I have 295’s in the back.
@tmansupra3 жыл бұрын
Front 275/40R20, Rear 315/35R20 with 20x9.5 wheel front, 20x10.5 wheel rear. I should've got 20x11 in the rear cause of the 315 tire. I may just do 305 rear to have the rear wheel look as flush as the front does to the tire. Otherwise the wheels and tires still remain flush with the car. Does not stick out and give that bug look.
@Chris000883 жыл бұрын
@@tmansupra You think I’ll have an issue with my 295’s if I lower it? Thanks for responding
@tmansupra3 жыл бұрын
@@Chris00088 I wouldn't think so for the rear. But if thats for the front as well it might have some rub issues when you turn the wheel near or at full lock up. Its hard to get a true "squared fitment" compared to a "staggered fitment" like I had and, in most cases, other muscle cars.

looking to lower my 2016 Hellcat, do you feel any different now that it been 2 years
@tmansupra4 жыл бұрын
Not one bit man. It only takes about 2 weeks for the settling to fully set. I enjoy the ride cause it still has and utilizes the factory shocks and dampers. I just changed the springs. So all the factory setups still function. The track set up is for sure stiffer feeling but the default mode for just cruising around feels like normal to me.
@fromdaslump98735 жыл бұрын
Just watched this video how does it feel after a year of driving the hellcat when you put it on sport does it get stiffer or does it feel normal???
@tmansupra5 жыл бұрын
The suspension tuning never changed. Yes the sport gets stiffer for sure, but it's suppose to like before. Just happens to be more stiff due to the lowering springs. But in default mode the car still rides like a dream. Just understand that a lowered car will have more stiffness in the end.

Walkin Mad alright cool thanks man also one more question has it rubbed on the tire? From the feed back am getting it rubs on highway speeds on bumps or so because I have a 2017 challenger hellcat gomango and want to lower it I hate the stock wheel gap
@tmansupra5 жыл бұрын
@@fromdaslump9873 I havent had any issues rubbing. Anywhere I drive, i suppose at full lock but it may, but normally dont ever turn the wheel to full lock.

Car Looks good. Just found this video, and your page. Though, nice page content. I have to give you thumbs up, and subscribe if for other reason than the fact that your Hellcat's a manual, and not at auto like almost literally everybody else. Just to be clear, not hatting on the autos. Just simply refreshing to see a manual car, for us manual owners.

So you recommend eibach over H&R ?
@tmansupra4 жыл бұрын
Only cause I've seen the H&R has a tendency to get real low more rubbing occurs with them. But please, you purchase what you feel is best for you and your setup. Check out my Instagram pics after the settling took. It looks real good in my opinion.

Will these work on a widebody scatpack?
@tmansupra5 жыл бұрын
Yes, these springs work for your scat pack. Of course enter your car year in the Eibach site and double check yourself. E10-27-004-01-22. The same springs for my hellcat as shown in this video at the 33 second mark.

@@speedracer9220 the adaptive suspension is on my hellcat. It works just fine as long as you or the shop reconnect everything where it should.

Curious as to what they charged you on this? Did they do the alignment as well? I believe the shop next door does their alignments.
@tmansupra4 жыл бұрын
I know they did the alignment and install altogether. When I picked up the car after, it drove straight. Now whether they did it or had another shop do it I'm not sure. And I can't remember the price at all. Sorry.
