Oh my gosh, thank you. I just had a terrible stuck/pain thing from chewing on a slice of peach--nothing hard! I expect it was just going to happen no matter what I ate next. In overwhelming pain, and stuck slightly open, I first tried your video for jaw locked open. Not exactly what I needed, so I checked your main video page, and this was your most recent video. I basically tried all of them, and voila, I can close my mouth without pain!!!! Thank you so, so much. What a life saver. Normally I would have just suffered for hours until it calmed down by itself.

Thanks for the video. I have had on and off pain and/or pressure in my ear for about 5 months. A couple of doctors said I had eustachian tube dysfunction but the ENT told me that I have TMJ. He told me to wear a night guard and take Advil as needed. I was hoping to do more; such as exercises and applying hot and cold to my jaw. Hopefully that'll fix the issue.

Hey Doc I've been diagnosed with TMJ two days before and luckily I found you. I've a big doubt. I know TMJ is irreversible but with precautions, proper exercises, habit breaking, soft food diet and all the right things. Is it possible that I can stop my TMJ at this exact point and not let it deteriorate??? I don't want it to get worse into facial deformation, neck and shoulder pain, spine pain, facial pain. I got lockjaw closed 2 days before that is when I got diagnosed. Please revert back. Thank you 🤗
