It's Episode 2 of The Motor Underground, where Dan Stoner simultaneously tries to build a 1960s-era hot rod in spite of his own bad ideas while also tracking down the history of the mystery engine at the center of the car.
First up, we visit fabricator Skoty Chops, who works his metal-bending magic to give the Stoner T some semblance of air flow to the rear-mounted radiator. Then he helps Dan solve a problem with the brakes that, well, you just have to watch.
Then it's time for a couple of stops, first with Pete Jensen and then over to Gotelli Speed Shop to get some first-hand accounts of the potential history of Stoner's mystery motor. When was it made? Was it a gas or nitro engine? How did it survive? We get some answers, and a whole lot more questions. In other words, The Motor Underground is just getting started...
