I’m doing lion too but on Thanksgiving I did regular carnivore. I had bacon and eggs for breakfast and turkey with homemade carnivore gravy for dinner. Went back to lion the next day

This month I slowly added certain foods back in, like food items with flour and thought I was in control on how often or how much and thought it better that it was gluten free or good quality like organic or homemade and not store bought, but then it spiraled to chips, cakes, cookies etc. The negative effects took a while to present themselves and become noticeable, but did but actually glad for that. ☹️ Starting back on track AGAIN though......

I have to be an abstainer. Especially with some things like bread if I start I won't stop.

I cooked so that made it easier. I made things I could eat as well as what the family wanted. I allowed myself to have things like olives and dry roasted peanuts For me cheating only makes me sick so I choose to feel good. I weigh and measure every Saturday and lost 4 lbs and 3 1/2 inches. I will never give up because this way of eating feels so good! God bless you and thanks in advance for all you do for us!!

I am wearing a cgm and allowed myself a small piece of pie. Not a good idea. Won't do that again.

I really don't even want any of the stuff I used to, last year it was coleslaw, prime rib, and a bit of ham. If I do try something as a desert, it's only a couple bites. I came too far do you want to mess up my body

I’m watching the replay, and you may have felt queasy after eating pork belly because your system isn’t used to having that much fat at one time after 2 months. I’ve had that happen when I ate way too much of it at one meal. 😊

I’m an abstainer. Even though I can moderate, I see what a tiny bit of something I shouldn’t have does to my blood glucose and ketones.
