Yes, the title is addressed to the future generations of women, but it only says we are the roots of change- not the whole tree, and I think you guys are looking past that. Yes, it's true that we are definitely helping the change, but we can't do it without the help of _everyone,_ _all_ genders, _all_ races... we're not feminists, we're leaders, and _together_ we'll lead everyone to building a better world for tomorrow.

@@DesignEcologies young women need to listen to Gloria Steinham. Study the history of the civil rights movement and women’s rights movement. Understand that generations of women have fought the good fight to be where we are now. Still a long way to go. Stand together and have each other’s back’s and we all can move forward to achieve our goals.
@jackmorgan89313 жыл бұрын
@@suzannesuwright1876 Then you're the person to ask a very simple question prefaced only this way: I, me, was born in 1952, in the still racially segregated south, meaning now, for these purposes, life was (if you believe the "history" of what people say about life "back then") reduced to women should be barefoot and pregnant and black people should sit at the back of the bus. We'll just call that the "stereotypical" history. So you're admitting that "things have changed" but there is "Still a long way to go." Then apparently women and minorities have a very, very clear vision of what "life" will be like once they have achieved that "equality" with men...stop, qualify it...straight white men...but would that be straight white men with college degrees or just those pathetic losers, like me, you know, blue-collar working chap? So you tell me exactly (!) how the suff of daily life is going to both appear and play out on a boringly repetitous, predictable cycle so that no women, no minorities, can ever, ever again lay claim to being a "victim," can never claim that they are being treated "unfairly" by "the system". All I mean is "in the beginning," women protested and won their right to vote...and that was all they wanted, that right to vote. And they got that. Then it was, wait a minute, "I've thought of something else" and, for example, fast-forward through history then it was, the right to abortion. And then women were happy, well, until the next big issue surfaced. All black people wanted was not to have to sit at the back of the bus, well, and no more separate water fountains. And they "won" that battle and then it was...and start filling in the blanks. So once again, you either have a very clear vision of what the stuff of daily life will be like so that no one can ever again, ever claim "victim status" or you have simply figured out there this is a story without end and the best thing to do is continue playing the victim and continue demanding this and that and anything and everything you can think of because that (!) is the real power, now isn't it? So it is a simple question: Which is it because you do not get to have it both ways?

I am writing a book now called "The Superwoman Lie" Life was much better for woman when we were protected and secure. We gave that up and flooded the job market. This led to wages dropping for everyone and our children raised and indoctrinated by the system. Divorce skyrocketed and family broke up . Most children were now being raised by single mothers. No way was it true, we were not superwoman.The family life we gave up was worth far more. I would love to see young woman discover the joy of being a real woman. But modern feminism has taken it to a caliber of becoming domineering, aggressive, and contentious which are in fact signs of overt masculinity. Traditional feminity is about harnessing our power of compassion, love, intuition, and gentleness and acting with grace. Don’t forget about the gender converts who will be representing women also. Once widely accepted and in play transgender women will be squeezing women off the podiums at all sporting events all over the world ( probably not in Russia or Africa), there will be quotas allocated for workplace “diversity”. The future of feminism is under threat from what will be within and will be a situation of its own creation. Men being better at being women.

How, in your opinion, are men less risk-averse than women?
@scatton613 жыл бұрын
@@seekersofnewperspective1054 Because they take more risks. They are more likely to do the dangerous jobs, to risk themselves saving someone else or an animal. More likely to explore new ideas. Evolution. Every study I can find supports this fact

She did some good things but I would take anything she says about children or families with a grain of salt. She had to care for a sick mother and this experience made her aware SHE DID NOT WANT CHILDREN EVER. Most women do not want to be childless. This lady designed her life as a childless woman. If that is the path YOU want she's a great role model, if not, maybe not.
