Because of you Adrian I use my Squatty Potty as a stepper, a bed sheet for a low impact workout when I'm nursing an injury & now I'm gonna be using my office chair as an ab machine. You're a genius & you're greatly appreciated😊

I started this with my computer chair yesterday, I did five minutes and I did the same today. Wow, this works out way more than your abs. I’m feeling it in my chest, arms, even under my arms. I did measurements before starting, can’t wait to see results

Gonna try this. I have a PT and we have worked really hard to lose my belly fat. From just over all doing my PT sessions with him. But now I have the donut ring around my stomach area that I can't seem to lose. I hope this will help.

Yall need to stop on these fitness channels talking about getting abs with out telling these people to eat a clean diet change their diet and add cardio and strength training and yall know in order to see abs you going to have to drop body fat if you are overweight point blank anything else is a bold face lie
