When I completed my army service as a platoon sergeant, I left with pride in what my men and I achieved. Watching the blatant ignorance , stupidity and attitude of the ‘personnel shown in this video made me cringe. Their officers need to reign-in such behaviour and get back to the NECESSARY basic training of soldiers.

Nobody in rig said that, a guy in mufti said something similar, but not the same. He said he 'wasn't in the army'. Although it was obvious he was a pongo, he could be a civilian visitor, a member of another branch of the military, or a contractor.

Its obvious you are military orientated and you would do well to remember that a soldier has a duty to, and serves both Queen AND COUNTRY which means he stepped far out of his bounds and jurisdiction by disrespecting and lying to a member of public. And tbh, the way he was stumbling over his own words and flailing his arms around I would suspect a drug test will be in his near future.
