There's a quest chain in the Hanuhanu village that talks all about the significance of their armour and the feathers on it. It was a nice little story that gave more worldbuilding and lore.

I enjoyed the Dawntrail MSQ, I know it isn't for everyone. I think a lot of stuff in it was just funny, yea it has plot holes but I don't always need something so emotional as Endwalker or Shadowbringers. I like that Dawntrail is a break from that and I think it is fun for what it is.

i honestly enjoyed it through and through, but i'm also someone who enjoyed Hildibrand and have done every yellow quests in the game so maybe i'm just the target audience lol Definitely the type of story best experienced if you take your time, moreso than any past expansions.

Zepla made a good point with Zoraal Ja's plan not making too much sense at this point. The rest of Ethererys that we know of, aside from maybe the Garleans who are still rebuilding, are battled hardened and more or less united with one another after dealing with Garlemald, the Telophori, and the Final Days. Not to mention Sharlayan. Now Sharlayans are no lovers of war, but if they were directly attacked I am sure they would make an exception. And those fuckers have the technology to make spaceships, probably wouldn't take long before they have aether powered ICBMs they can launch from their island to directly attack the New World. It is NOT looking good for our blue lizard friend. It would be like if a modest military power not involved in World War 2 at all decided to attack the allied powers like two weeks after the Japaneese surrendered in a bid for world domination. Things wouldn't go well for that country.

This Zone was my least fav zone. But overall i realy realy love the xpac. and Lamati is one of my fav Chars with Eren. She is fresh, energetic /Naiv but able to learn and grow. I hope we see her more as a sidekick. Enjoy your Journey I'm sure you will love it.

My Biggest issue is how Krile IMO got robbed this expansion and had little screen time, same with Erenville. I won't say my issues with Wuk Lamat because of spoilers but I have a few and its sad that I do as I wanted to love this character now just meh.

Zoraal Ja is wrong but there is some logic to what he thinks, I do think people are '' peace damaged '' in the West. I think that can be seen too with the lack of support for Ukraine ESPECIALLY at the start, most people don't even realize how bad it is and how many people have died and been injured and how horrible the occupations are. The way people talk about war today makes you realize how sheltered we are, most people have a really hard time understanding and believing how badly people behave during wars and the shere level of barbarism and what people are capable of doing to others. Again I am not saying Zoraal Ja is right and he's essentially part of the problem, but it's not really completely non-sensical and we see it today with peoples attitudes towards war and how much we take peace and stability for granted. And after every war that changes for some time, when people have experienced war first-hand it puts things into perspective it's sorta like how if you've had a near death experience you appreciate life more and take it less for granted. It's the same with October 7th so many people genuinely don't believe the level of brutality that Hamas engaged in and don't understand the level of dehumanization it takes. There's videos of Hamas guys assaulting a teenage girl on top of her murdererd father before she gets shot herself while they continue assaulting her and other horrible completely unnecessary levels of brutal violence and in occupied Ukraine there's reports of Russians assaulting babies and mass graves being uncovered. But if you listen to people talk about the Ukraine war and occupation people have such a sanetized view on what war is like. The difficulty of getting any aid passed at all to Ukraine really speaks volume, and the way so many people talk about it online is as if it's not serious at all people have a massive lack of empathy and naive view on what's going on.

I had the misfortune of checking out of curiosity what people were thinking about 3/4ths of the way through, and it definitely dulled my enjoyment a little bit. Sure the story has issues, I get it, but the way some of these people talk about it makes it seem like the writers broke into their house and attacked their dog or something. I thoroughly enjoyed it, even the slower parts.

The MSQ was amazing. The biggest criticism that ive seen is that we and the scions are not the main characters of this story. We all play a supporting role. And imo its refreshing and a great way to build a new world that we are guests to.

Sorry Zepla, I'm 16 minutes in, but after playing the game with JP voices, listening to EN feels way too strange. Krile's voice sounds like she is really old. And I understand why they would give the new characters Spanish accents, but it feels like they are completely different characters compared to the JP portrayals. I'm not going to be able to listen to 30+ hours of this :(
