Ha! This was taped by TSTV/KVR9, the UT Austin student tv channel (in association with MuchMusic out of Canada). As the description states, it was broadcast over the internet as well--groundbreaking stuff at the time. Rusted Root opened and it was a hell of a good show. I was blessed to run audio for the tv side of things, though I can't take credit for the quality of the mix as the band's audio team refused to give me anything other than a premixed stereo feed (it's a sin to tap into someone else's board). Glad to hear the audio levels are still clean. I was 21, still had all my hair, and thought I was going to be famous.
