One of the great advantages of this sweet is that it is perfect with very few ingredients. You don't need to load your pantry with products that you will never use again, because with just a few grams of egg yolk, sugar, honey, almond flour, sugar and water you will obtain a gourmet result.

50 g egg yolk
45 g egg yolk sugar
10 g honey
200 g almond flour
130 g syrup sugar
30 ml water
